Spring
After a couple of weeks of the flu making its way through the whole family, we’re finally back to feeling well — just in time for spring to arrive.
I try to keep fresh flowers in the house as often as possible. There is nothing better than friendly tulip greeting you in the morning.
A view from our bedroom as the sun glistens on the lake.
Anthony and I went on a date to one of our favorite spots — Luc’s in Ridgefield. I always order the steak frites, and we finished the night with crème brûlée for dessert
Thrifting for the perfect spring trench coat (this one was too big).
Growing up my grandma had this clock. Every hour is marked with a different bird’s song. I debated buying it for nostalgia sake.
We spent all weekend outside and did a bit of garden planning.
Nara is loving the spring! She only comes inside at night to sleep.
And running errands. Some “robot claws” from our local toy store, G. Wilkers and fresh bread from LMNOP.
